Accessibility statement
How accessibility has been approached on this website and how to report a barrier.
Our approach
This prototype was built with accessibility considered from the start rather than added afterwards. That includes semantic HTML structure, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled form controls, alternative text on meaningful images, live regions for content that updates without a page reload, and respect for the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system.
Standard
The intended target for a live build would be WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This prototype has not been formally audited, and a conformance claim should only be published after independent testing, including testing with assistive technology.
Known limitations
Photography is hotlinked from third-party sources, so images may fail to load if those services are unavailable; a branded fallback is applied in that case. The map on Where to Buy is a visual placeholder rather than an interactive map. Social media links in the footer are placeholders and do not lead anywhere.
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard. The skip link is the first focusable element on every page. Menus, the cookie panel, modals and the product finder can each be operated without a mouse.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site is difficult to use, tell us through the contact form and select “Website question”. A live site would also publish a response time commitment and an escalation route.
