Legal
Privacy notice
How Sereva would handle personal information collected through this website.
Who we are
Sereva Consumer Health is a fictional brand created for a website prototype. In a live implementation this section would identify the legal entity acting as data controller, its registered address, and the contact details of its data protection officer or privacy contact.
What information we would collect
A live version of this site would typically collect:
- Information you provide directly, such as the name, email address, country and message submitted through the contact form
- Information collected automatically, such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type
- Information stored in your browser, such as your cookie preferences and whether you have dismissed the announcement bar
In this prototype, nothing is transmitted or stored on any server. Form submissions are handled entirely in your browser and discarded when you leave the page.
How information would be used
Responding to enquiries, improving the website, understanding which content and tools are useful, and meeting legal obligations including pharmacovigilance requirements where a message relates to a product safety concern.
Legal bases
Placeholder. A live notice would set out the legal basis for each purpose — for example consent for optional cookies and marketing, legitimate interests for site security and analytics, and legal obligation for adverse event handling.
Sharing
Placeholder. A live notice would name the categories of recipient, including hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support platforms and any group companies, together with the safeguards applied to international transfers.
Retention
Placeholder. Retention periods would be stated per category of data and aligned to the client's records retention schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. A live notice would explain how to exercise each right and how to complain to a supervisory authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children. A live notice would state the applicable age threshold for each market and how the company handles information about children.
Changes and contact
Placeholder. A live notice would carry a version date and a change history, plus a privacy contact address. For questions about this prototype, use the contact page.
