About us

Why Sereva

Digestive health is a subject people are often reluctant to raise. Our starting point is that explaining it properly is more useful than another confident claim on a box.

Our mission

Make an awkward subject easier to navigate

Most people arrive at a pharmacy shelf with a vague sense of what is wrong and no confident way to choose between eight similar boxes. We built the range, and this site, around the decisions people actually make: what you are experiencing, when you would prefer support, and what format you are willing to take.

That is also why our range is deliberately small. Eight products, four kinds of timing, and a clear explanation of which one is not for you.

What guides us

Four principles

Thoughtful formulation

Each format exists because a real group of people needs it. We would rather explain a gap in the range than fill it badly.

Clear guidance

Our product pages say who a product is not for as plainly as who it might suit.

Education first

Our health content is free of jargon and free of a purchase requirement. Reading it should be useful even if you buy nothing.

Pharmacist-supported

We write to support the conversation at the counter, not to replace it.

How products are developed

From a real need to a shelf

A simplified view of the process a consumer health product goes through. On a live site this section would be reviewed by regulatory affairs before publication.

Stage one

Understanding the need

Consumer research and pharmacist feedback identify a gap that existing formats do not serve well.

Stage two

Formulation

Formulation and format work, guided by how and when people say they would realistically use the product.

Stage three

Quality and regulatory

Manufacturing controls, stability work and the regulatory submissions required in each market. Placeholder content.

Stage four

Labelling and communication

Approved labelling, packaging and the consumer-facing claims that may be used. Nothing reaches a shelf before this is signed off.

Responsibility

Commitments we hold ourselves to

Placeholder positioning content. A live site would only publish commitments the business can evidence, reviewed by legal and communications.

Quality standards

Manufacturing and quality controls appropriate to a consumer health product, described here as a placeholder pending confirmation.

Responsible communication

We do not present unverified claims as fact, and we mark demonstration content clearly — including throughout this prototype.

Sustainability

Placeholder. Environmental commitments should be specific and measurable, so this section would be written only once targets exist.

Packaging

Placeholder for recyclability and packaging-reduction information, confirmed per market.

Community

Placeholder for partnerships and health-education programmes.

Parent company

Sereva is a demonstration brand of [Parent Company Placeholder]. Corporate information would link out from here.
